Hello again fashionistas! Thought we’d take our time with this one. The Hollywood fashionistas incinerated the red carpet at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards, and we we’re all too happy to witness. Yes, celebrity fashionista were styled with precision, draped in couture gowns, decorated in lavish jewels and primped to perfection. Like kids in a candy store, we couldn’t take our eyes off of the beautiful women in their fabulous dresses making their way down the red carpet in high fashion. It seem that everyone has something to say about who got it right, and after all is said and done everyone is entitled to their opinion. See who wore what and check out our top picks from the Golden Globe arrivals below.

1. Angelina Jolie
Hands down Angelina won our best overall Golden Globe Awards red carpet arrivals vote. The actress/director/humanitarian wore a white silk Atelier Versace evening gown. The dress featured a provocative high front slit, a single shoulder design with a folded pop of red color. Her dress was paired with matching white Versace shoes and coordinating red stain mini clutch. Known for having one of the most admired pouts in Hollywood, Angelina blew us away with scarlet red lips, a dramatic cat eye and neatly pinned up bun.

2. Kate Beckinsale
Naturally Kate Beckinsale wore a pale Roberto Cavalli strapless gown that flattered her every curve to this weekend’s event. The elegant movie siren always stuns in the light colored dresses. She finished her look with several diamond bracelets and a pair of oversized dangling diamond earrings. Neutral makeup and whisked up hair.

3. Sofia Vergara
Not only do we love her comedy skills on Modern Family, we love Sofia Vergara’s fashion skills on the red carpet. The Golden Globe nominee was styled to our delight in a beautiful navy blue Vera Wang mermaid strapless gown and iced in a pair of Harry Winston statement earrings. The chic Latina actress finished her look with side swept hairstyle and yummy fuchsia lip. We can’t get enough of how the bottom of the dress looks like a sea of floating waves.

4. Evan Rachel Wood
Another red carpet favorite of ours, Evan Rachel Wood, wore a stunning midnight green low cut Gucci halter dress. The metallic detailed scales and feathers made us swoon with high fashion delight. Her display of jewelry was appropriately minimal and her sleek dirty blonde pixie coif wrapped her look up nicely.

5. Emma Stone
Stone looked amazing wearing a two toned plum colored Lanvin gown. Details included embroidered shoulder padding, and super low cut v-neck opening. Stone’s dress was accessorized with a crystal eagle leather belt by Alber Elbaz. We especially liked her Cartier mini python box clutch and black Lanvin crystal studded strappy sandals. Emma Stone’s makeup was perfectly matched with a flawless swept up hairdo. This was an Easy A for Emma.
Although we did admire more dresses on the red carpet we don’t do over kill. As always, thanks for keeping it locked at www.wikifashionista.com, your source for what’s trending in fashion now.
